Great value for teams

Got a sweet 27% off the annual commitment for Creately's Team plan, which includes 5 users, perfect for our small project group. The multi-user editing works really well, and the Gantt Charts feature is exactly what we needed for tracking tasks. Much better than trying to make do with Draw.io.

So happy I switched!

Has anyone else ditched Lucidchart for Creately? I was looking for a good Venn Diagram Maker and their interface is just so much more intuitive. I got an annual plan and the discount was automatic, which was nice. I'd definitely recommend checking it out if you're doing a lot of visual stuff. 👍

Good features, minor UI quirks

I recently subscribed to Creately for their Visual Workspace to help organize some project flows. The real-time collaboration tool was excellent for my team; we could all jump in and edit the workflow diagrams simultaneously. The AI Diagram Generator was also surprisingly useful for getting a quick start. My main gripe is that the interface felt a little cluttered at times, and I found myself searching for certain options more than I'd like. Delivery was instant, of course, being a software. Overall, it's a solid platform for the price, but a UI refresh would make it even better.

Good for diagrams, minor lag sometimes

I used Creately to make a few AWS Architecture Diagrams for a project. The tools are pretty comprehensive and the shape libraries are extensive. It's definitely better than some alternatives I've tried. My main gripe was that sometimes, especially with a lot of elements on the infinite canvas, it felt a little laggy in real-time collaboration. It wasn't a deal-breaker, but noticeable. Still, for the price and features, it's a solid choice for diagramming.

Consistent value, easy to use

I've been using Creately for my workflow diagrams for about two years now. Each time I renew my annual plan, the process is smooth. The platform itself is reliable. I always go for the yearly billing because it saves me a bit, and I just prefer not thinking about it monthly. Their AI Diagram Generator has gotten better since I first started; it actually helps kickstart ideas a lot more efficiently now. Glad I keep coming back.

Good for quick diagrams

Needed a quick Flowchart for a project. Creately worked fine for that. Interface was easy to understand. The autosave feature was a bit slow sometimes, but overall it got the job done quickly.

Easy for quick flowcharts

Needed to make a quick flowchart for a presentation and Creately was super easy to pick up. I just used the free plan to start, which was enough for what I needed. Didn't have any trouble signing up or anything. It was simple to drag and drop everything. Exporting to PDF worked fine too. Pretty happy with how fast I got it done.

Easy to use, quick setup

Needed a quick way to make an Org Chart. Creately worked. Signed up, used the template. Export to PDF was easy. Customer support responded fast to a small billing question. No major issues. Simple.

Great value, annual plan savings

I was looking for a good deal on a tool to make flowcharts and decided to try Creately. I signed up for the annual plan for the discount, and it saved me a good chunk of money compared to monthly. The pricing felt very fair for what you get. I used the Flowchart Software and the Custom Templates a lot, and they worked perfectly. I did notice that the promised 30% off yearly plans seemed to be automatically applied, so I didn't need a code, which was convenient. My only minor issue was that some of the template categories could be better organized.

Worked well for my project

I grabbed Creately because I needed to make some Network Diagram Tools for a project. It was pretty straightforward to use. The shape libraries were decent, and I liked that I could easily export to SVG for my documentation. The real-time syncing was good when I had a colleague look over my work. I thought it was a solid platform for getting the job done. The only thing is I wish there were a few more advanced options in the free personal plan, but the paid version covered what I needed.
